The first episode of People of the Wall, The Daily: the live show where the people whose names are on the ON THE WALL mural take the stage. Every day at 4 PM Lisbon time until October 30.
John opens by explaining ON THE WALL, the campaign that funds NFC Summit 2027. It’s a giant virtual mural where anyone can write their name on-chain for 0.06 ETH. Your name gets painted on a real wall at the venue in Lisbon, you get a networked NFT, early access before NFC opens, and a set of perks for holders. There were already 133 names on the wall at recording time.
Joana introduces herself: she’s from Lisbon, was founding curator at the Seattle NFT Museum, worked at Art Blocks and Foundation, is now Community Manager at Right Click Save, and is working on a new art venture that hasn’t been announced yet. She also runs the (now legendary) NFC Fado dinner. Her part of the wall is filling up fast, since she asked her friends on X to take the spots next to hers.
Mrs Richi talks about JPEG Frens, Mr Richi’s new art-focused PFP collection, which mints on September 23:
