🧠 Breath Lab: A Live Neuroscience Experience
One of the most unique experiences of the day - Breath Lab is a live neuroscience experiment built for intentional gatherings, created in collaboration between Mu Labs, Alchemy:Rewire, and AlphaWave Experience.
The methodology works through CO₂-intermittent breath holds, heart coherence, and trained mental self-regulation - three layers that shift brain wave activity in real time. As the session unfolds, an EEG worn by the facilitator reads those shifts live and projects the resulting brain wave activity into the room.
Breathwork, witnessed collectively. A shared window into how breath, rhythm, and attention reshape the brain.
🔬 Workshop: Design Your Longevity Protocol
Dr. Sabine Krofczik-Wilhelm, Head of Neurodegenerative Disorders at PPD/Thermo Fisher and founder of Be a Longevity Creator, will lead a hands-on workshop translating clinical evidence on protecting cognitive function into a practical protocol you can actually follow.

Talk on “Synthesizing Consciousness”: Can synthetic systems be conscious? Current AI systems, Borjan argues, are missing the crucial ingredients. Drawing on how sentience actually works in living organisms, the question isn’t whether today’s machines can be conscious, but rather, it’s how to build the ones that could be.
