Art Curations at NFC Summit 2026 🖼️ : What we can reveal (for now)…
In June, the Unicorn Factory Lisboa in Beato will be transformed into a three-day digital culture festival centered around art. NFC Summit 2026 is not simply adding an exhibition. The summit’s cultural program is being built around the art.
What We Can Reveal (for now)
The art curation of NFC Summit 2026 is a takeover of the industrial spaces of the Unicorn Factory, formerly an agro-industrial complex. Co-organized by Arab Bank Switzerland and curated in collaboration with Fanny Lakoubay and 100 collectors.
1) The Central Plaza (Kilometer Zero)
We start at the center. The central plaza will be Kilometer Zero, the point every path crosses, the place you return to, the pulse of the whole NFC summit.
At its core is a sculptural installation by Dmitri Cherniak: a 3-meter-tall triptych where a generative system runs continuously.
From there, the plaza unfolds into an outdoor art program:
Four container galleries presenting artists from the Cult of Crypto Art, Opensea, and Serc with NORMIES.
This is where collectors meet, where tours begin, where the crowd resets between discoveries - the center of it all.
2) The Art Building (four floors dedicated to art)
At the center of the complex sits the Fábrica de Moagem that was active from 1897 to 2011, a historically intact flour mill that once produced 90 tons of flour per day, now transformed into the Museu de Lisboa – Fábrica de Moagem.
A place of vertical circulation. Four floors. Silos, rollers, tubes, sifters.
For NFC in June 2026, that same architecture becomes the framework for a curated art journey with a full building takeover:
ARAB BANK SWITZERLAND
Co-organizer Arab Bank Switzerland takes over an entire floor with a curated exhibition, SYSTEMS, that explores how artistic practices engage with systems - from algorithmic procedures and generative grids to trained models, blockchain-based registries, financial mechanisms, semiotic structures, or simulated environments.
Curated by Nina Roehrs, the exhibition will showcase works from the Arab Bank Switzerland Collection by Kim Asendorf, Jack Butcher, Linda Dounia, Andreas Gysin, Larva Labs, Operator, and more. The three finalists of the ABS Digital Art Prize 2026 will be exhibited alongside these artists.

TWO CURATED EXHIBITION FLOORS
Two exhibition floors will bring together the best in blockchain, AI, and digital art, including BOTTO, DANAE with Eko33, Eterno Gallery with BOLDTRON, Vhils, Bryan Brinkman, VEXA by Shills, HASH Gallery, and Cycol Gallery. Set against the backdrop of the factory’s preserved machinery, the spaces will feature site-specific installations, solo presentations, large-scale projections, and a few unexpected moments woven throughout the building.

RAVE CAVE
An immersive basement where many Lisbon festivals are hosted will show digital works interacting with the mill machinery scenographed by RNA Studio with a line up of blue-chip artists to be announced.

Curated with a collector focus: The role of 100 collectors
The art exhibition is curated in collaboration with Fanny Lakoubay and 100 collectors.
That means the exhibition is built to create real encounters between:
artists and the people who champion their work
galleries and the collectors who follow their program
exhibitors and the partners who can help scale what they are building
Expect guided discovery, context, and a curation shaped for collectors who come to spend time with the work.
Side Events (curated, high signal)
The exhibition is only one layer. After hours, the industrial complex becomes a sequence of moments.
Without revealing the hosts just yet, here’s what’s being built around the curation:
An artist-led art brunch designed for meaningful conversations
A private vernissage with a view
A late-night immersive soirée with a guest list that brings the art and the ecosystem into the same room
A live mural moment that activates the industrial surfaces of the campus.
